After Bergen prices jumped nearly 10% in 2025, buyers squeezed out of the centre have looked uphill to areas like Landås, where lower entry costs lift yields toward the top of the city's modest range. The trade-off is a more suburban, transit-dependent setting, and Norway's standard rules for foreign owners, no interest relief, residency-based lending, still apply.
