About Türkbükü

Türkbükü (officially Göltürkbükü) is Bodrum's most fashionable enclave, where instead of sand the bays are lined with wooden swim platforms and beach clubs spinning DJ sets from the afternoon. Boutique hotels, seafront sushi and a discreet celebrity crowd give it a reputation as the Turkish St-Tropez. Hillside villas with Aegean views and low-rise boutique apartments change hands in euros and dollars at €4,300–6,100/m², bought for privacy, lifestyle and seasonal letting. With no rail and access by dolmuş, boat or private car from Bodrum–Milas Airport (BJV) ~40 km away, it remains an exclusive, scarcity-protected market where real USD growth is far calmer than the nominal lira numbers suggest.
