About Broadbeach

Broadbeach is the Gold Coast's most polished urban-beach precinct, a compact grid where you genuinely do not need a car once you arrive. Kurrawa Beach, the Oracle Boulevard dining strip with around 40 restaurants and bars across three blocks, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and The Star Gold Coast casino are all within a ten-minute walk of one another. The G:link light rail anchors the suburb at Broadbeach South, and the upcoming Light Rail Stage 3 extension further strengthens the southern corridor. The mood is more refined and grown-up than neighbouring Surfers Paradise: the nightlife centres on Oracle bars and The Star and tends to wind down earlier, making it a calmer alternative for those who still want energy and amenity. It draws a mix of downsizers, professionals and lifestyle buyers, and the apartment market here has delivered some of the strongest capital growth on the coast, even as rental yields stay modest in line with its prestige beachside positioning.
